แก้ปัญหาเรื่องเสียงของ Captivate 4

The solution is rather easy and thus far, I have not encountered any difficulties.

1.Update Captivate 4 to latest (and likely final version - it is end of life)
You should have version:.... um... how on earth do you see the version #? About Captivate doesn't show me the version #. ??? Odd!

2. Close Adobe Captivate 4. (Important)

3. Go to the folder where Captivate 4 is installed.
You
 will notice that the NSAudio.dll is, in fact, stored here. So there is no need to download it!

4. Open up a DOS window in Administrative mode. This is important! You must be in admin mode!
This is done by right-clicking on the CMD icon and selecting Properties and Advanced button
Can't find the icon? You can make one by making a shortcut to your desktop (cmd.exe is located in \windows\system32 folder)

5. With the DOS window open, change directory (CD to folder where NSAudio.dll is located)
Example: Type CD \Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4

6. Register this .dll
Type regsvr32 NSAudio.dll


That's all!

Confirmed working on Windows 7 64bit OS

2.ไปที่ directory ของโปรแกรม Captivate ที่เราลงไว้
3.พิมพ์ regsvr32 NSAuio.dll

    การใส่ไฟล์เสียงเข้าใน captivate4
    ต้องการใส่เพลงบรรเลง ลงเป็น Background น่ะค่ะ แต่มัน Import ไม่ได้

    มันขึ้นว่า Unable to decode and import the selected wav/mp3 file

    แต่ก็เลือกไฟล์ mp3 แล้วนะคะ ลองใช้ไฟล์เสียงของ Captivate ก็แล้ว มันก็ยังไม่ได้

    แก้ไข “unable to decode and import the selected wav - mp3 file”
    ข้อผิดพลาดนี้อาจจะมีการแสดงขึ้นเมื่อคุณกำลังใช้ Adob​​e Captivate บน Windows Vista คุณต้องลงทะเบียน DLL Adob​​e เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดนี้
    สำหรับ CP4 บนระบบ Win7 x64

    - ปิด CP4 ก่อน (ต้องทำ)
    - ไปที่ Start แล้วพิมพ์ตรงช่องค้นหา cmd
    - จะเจอโปรฯ cmd แล้วให้คลิ้กขวาแล้วเข้าไปที่ Run as Administrator (ต้องทำ)
    - ในหน้า cmd ให้พิมพ์ cd ตามด้วยที่อยู่ของโปรเกรม เช่น --> cd\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4 แล้วกด Enter
    - หลังจากนั้นก็พิมพ์ว่า regsvr32 NSAudio.dll มันจะแจ้งว่าลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อย
    - เสร็จสมบูรญ์

    รึอีกวิธี

    1)Download SubInAcl tool ตามลิ้ง http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23510 จากนั้นก็ติดตั้งจนเสร็จ
    2)Download ไฟล์ติดตั้ง (restorecp4reg) ตามลิ้ง http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/restorecp4reg.zip
    3)ให้แตกไฟล์ออกมา จะได้ – restoreRegPermCP4.bat, restoreCP4regentries.bat
    4)Copy ไฟล์ restoreRegPermCP4.bat ไปที่ C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\.
    5)ให้รันไฟล์ restoreRegPermCP4.bat จนเสร็จ
    6)Copy ไฟล์ restoreCP4regentries.bat ไปที่ C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4
    7)เปิดโปรฯ cmd แล้วให้คลิ้กขวาแล้วเข้าไปที่ Run as Administrator แล้วพิมพ์ "cd\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4"
    8)แล้วพิมพ์ restoreCP4regentries.bat
    9)รอจนแน่ใจว่าจะมีข้อความ “DllRegisterServer in ‘some dll name’ Succeeded” เด้งขึ้นมาแล้วกด OK ให้หมด

    เท่านี้ก็น่าจะใช้ได้แล้วหละครับ
